Book report
"Float"
Your
book report this month will be a parade "float" illustrating a scene
from your book. Take a shoe box with a lid and flip it over so that the bottom
is on the top. Decorate the sides of the box and write the title somewhere on
the side. Then, using any materials you wish, illustrate a scene from your book
on the top. Remember that the parade float is able to be seen from all sides.
Your float must be three-dimensional. You may not use Legos, toys, or any
man-made dolls, animals, or other store- bought items. In other words, it must
be "child made". You may use clay, popsicle
sticks, magazine pictures, or other things. If you are not sure about
something, just ask me ahead of time!
